What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary education in HR or related field
An in-depth understanding of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Proven ability to interpret legislation and policy and provide guidance to managers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High standard of personal presentation
The ability to work autonomously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent organisation and time management
Ability to multitask
