The Opportunity:Victoria University (VU) is seeking an experienced
People and Culture Service Improvement Lead who is excited by identifying and managing gaps in P&C services including reporting, policy simplification, and process training and improvements.We want to position VU as an employer of choice and your experience as an agile P&C lifecycle service and process designer is key to that.
About the Role:The P&C
Service Improvement Lead will deliver on
Service Improvement opportunities identified through data insights, our People Services Team and our clients to effect positive employee experiences and to ensure P&C service level agreements are delivered on.The role will support the development of help desk management and triage processes to efficiently resolve transactional P&C queries. In addition to analysing P&C processes to identify opportunities to streamline operations, they will have a strong emphasis on analysing P&C metrics and SLA measures to identify trends and areas for improvement.The role will lead and contribute to projects to enhance P&C services as well as assist in managing changes to P&C processes including providing support to P&C employees, managing communication and ensuring transitions result in minimal disruption.
About You:Along with a collaborative approach to pro-actively engaging with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills will complement your ability to lead and implement process change smoothly. You will have a customer solution focused mindset underpinned by solid problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges within P&C services. You're proactive and a creative and innovative thinker who's experienced in P&C Advisory, P&C lifecycle services and business practices. You enjoy data analysis and are skilled in contributing to the compilation of reports for senior management and governance bodies.This is a continuing, full-time role (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 8 classification with a salary range of $106,346 - $119,760 per annum plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
