The RoleOur People and Development team is seeking a full time HR Assistant based in our Sydney office. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will be an integral part of the People Connect team which provides generalist support to employees and Partners of the firm.This role supports the People Connect Team with employee policy and procedure queries, preparing employee correspondence, scheduling of onboarding and exit meetings, preparing the onboarding and orientation programs, employment history checks, etc. This role will also be engaged on key process enhancement projects.A passionate, self-motivated professional with skills and experience in administration, Excel and reporting are highly desirable. You will be articulate, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a positive, proactive team player.
