What you'll be doing:
- Build strong internal relationships and provide coaching to managers
- Analyse trends and metrics to ensure policies and procedures are up to date
- Provide ad-hoc advice as required
- Managing employment and industrial relations queries and incidents
- Spearhead the organisational development of the company
- Leading the People team to success
What you'll need:
- Strong business acumen
- Strong experience and/or tertiary education in human resources
- Ability to quickly build rapport
- High level communication ability
- Ability to jump in and help the People team as needed
