If you’re ready to make an impact and drive change, keep reading!Key Responsibilities: * Strategy Implementation: Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with our business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to drive organisational transformation and foster a culture of adaptability and resilience.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full spectrum of talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
- Policy Development: Review, refine, and develop People & Culture policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of People & Culture programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
- Leadership Development: Implement programs to identify, nurture, and develop leadership capabilities across the organization, ensuring a pipeline of talent for future growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, managers, and cross-functional teams, to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in People & Culture and talent management, applying insights to drive organisational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in HR/P&C leadership roles, with experience in change management, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
- Experience working in a government or large sophisticated organisation known for its robust HR policies and procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, coupled with a hands-on, action-oriented mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive innovation, and effect positive change in a fast-paced environment.
