Job Description
Your new role
We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference-for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.
As a People Business Partner, you will provide an elevated level of people partnering service to both leaders and staff, delivering expert HR coaching, guidance, and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner - Workforce Strategy, you will engage with designated business units to comprehensively understand, evaluate, prioritise, and address their unique business requirements. Your approach will be characterised by professionalism, value addition, and a keen focus on delivering business-aligned services.

Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll need to excel

  • Minimum of 5 years generalist human resource management experience at a mid to senior level with both operational and strategic aspects (desirable)
  • Project management support of large, enterprise-wide HR initiatives
  • Applied understanding of Australian industrial and employment relations frameworks, including ability to coach People Leaders in complex people matters/cases
  • High level communication and critical thinking skills with sound influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in providing remuneration advice and supporting annual remuneration cycles
  • Experience in conducting workplace investigations and report writing
  • Undergraduate and/or postgraduate in Human Resource Management or Business discipline or currently undertaking (desirable)
