This position is offered as a 12 month Parental Leave cover.Your OpportunityAs the first point of contact for all parts of the employment lifecycle, Business Partners collaborate with COEs across P&I to deliver seamless solutions. They're competent in providing generalist people advice, problem solving and coaching. They also manage and improve KPMG's key cyclical people activities each year.This role will play a key role in partnering with your stakeholders to provide pragmatic and high-quality solutions and advice.
  • Manage complex ER issues and escalations from the team and provide proactive updates to the business
  • Provide Award Coverage expertise and training to the business
  • Develop creative strategic initiatives for the business and lead the change implementation
  • Coach leaders through people issues to collaborative solutions
  • Manage the growth and development of HR Advisors and Senior Advisors within KPMG.
