We’re looking for a P&C/Transformation expert that looks a little like this:
To join our thriving team of consultants, we are seeking an experienced practitioner to support the design and execution of large-scale business transformations with our growing portfolio of clients.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinking wizard that dives deep into organisational effectiveness to design and deliver fit-for-purpose operating models and cultivate high-performing cultures and teams.
Your bag of OD and Change tricks is bigger than Dumbledore's and is full of frameworks and methodologies that you’ve tried, tested, learnt from and evolved many times before. You know what great looks like, and what it takes to get organisations in tip-top shape, ready to kick their goals and accelerate their performance.
Not only is organisational strategy and design in your DNA, but you’re also a natural collaborator that knows their way around stakeholder engagement, influencing at a senior level, and holding court.
With improvement always front of mind, you’re forever looking for ways to do things a little differently.
You can tackle structural inefficiencies, disorderly ways of working, inefficient or outdated business processes, capability gaps, systems or leadership mindsets that are not fit-for-purpose; nothing goes in your to-hard basket.
Importantly, you can both design and implement, with a demonstrated track record of changes being fully embedded and sustained.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in P&C Business Partnering or Transformation roles where you have led organisational change across diverse groups, including designing operating models, managing restructures, delivering organisational realignment, large transformations, and redeployment programs.
- Proven track-record managing senior stakeholders and their team members through significant organisational change.
- Excellent project management experiences and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with organisational culture and capability development.
