Workways is a community focused organisation committed to making a positive social and economic difference for those living and working in our communities.About the role:Location: Based in Gippsland, Victoria, or a remote Work from Home option available for the right candidate.Contract Type: Permanent Full TimeAs a Quality and Risk Business Partner you will support Risk Management, Governance and Workplace Health and Safety Frameworks, with a focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and Risk control.To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Ability to work as a team member within the ethos and values of Workways Australia
- Knowledge of employment services programs delivered by Workways.
- Highly developed written communication skills, including for the purpose of board and executive reporting and effective time management skills.
- Experience in Quality and Risk Management, including successful attainment and maintenance of ISO standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with key stakeholders within a changing and highly regulated environment.
- Experience in maintaining knowledge of current Contracts' obligations and applicable Federal and State Legislation.
- Qualifications in Quality, Risk Management or Workplace Health and Safety, or related areas; or equivalent relevant experience.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Project.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
