This position sits within the national HR Business Partnering team, reporting to the HR Business Partner Lead.This role can be located in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.What you'll do:You will be supporting teams and partnering with leadership groups to help guide, coach and drive our ambitious people agenda. Working as part of a large People team with mature CoEs you will tailor solutions to your client group and deliver a full annual employee cycle together with strategic planning, project work, change management programs and more.About you:You will be a degree qualified HR professional, with comprehensive experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will thrive on building deep client relationships and in adding value to your clients' business and their people strategy. You are curious about what we do and how our people think, and you are well versed in coaching people managers and have in depth experience managing complex ER issues end-to-end, facilitating workshops, analysing data and confident in putting forward recommendations.Your background will include:
- Relevant experience as a HR Generalist, preferably in STEM or Consulting, coupled with strong knowledge of HR best practice.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR.
- Prior experience in investigations of workplace and performance management issues.
- Experience in managing projects of varying complexity and size.
- Experience in change management.
