As a People & Culture Team Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our vibrant team, providing essential support for our People & Culture initiatives.
This role is part-time 15.2 hours per week with a salary range based on experience of $65,000 – $70,000 plus superannuation, pro-rata.
From recruitment to offboarding and everything in between, your contribution to our employee lifecycle management will help shape our organisational culture and drive our mission forward.
This position is based form our head office in Armidale, NSW.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing key administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Ensuring data integrity in records.
- Supporting the recruitment function, including interviewing.
- Coordinating seamless onboarding experiences.
- Providing comprehensive P&C administration support.
- Triaging enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Generating insightful reports and contributing to ad hoc P&C projects.
About You
- Experience in the provision of administration support.
- Appetite to gain exposure to P&C Advisory support.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service to diverse stakeholders and internal customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Strong ability to maintain discretion and confidence and deal with highly sensitive information.
- Current Australian drivers licence.
