An exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Administrator has become available to support employee lifecycle functions at Teachers Mutual Bank Limited.
The People and Culture Administrator role is varied, touching on all aspects of the employee experience from hiring to offboarding, and would fit well for someone looking to develop their HR skills and career.
Key Duties
This role supports our People and Culture team by providing administration and support to various employment processes, HR projects, and reporting activities. Duties include:
- Assist with employee queries as the first point of contact for the team
- Provide administrative support for talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, employment changes and other employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain employee data and documentation
- Update and maintain data within systems and registers
- Assist with maintenance of position descriptions
- Process invoices and expenditures
- Coordinate and support relevant P&C stakeholder projects
- Identify, recommend and support continuous improvement to our processes and systems
About You:
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience maintaining information systems, databases and spreadsheets
- Strong organisation skills including the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience using HR information systems will be highly regarded
- Exposure to financial compliance regulations will be highly regarded
- Experience interfacing with Staff Payroll functions will highly regarded
