The People & CultureOffice Administrator will play a central role in elevating the company workplace experience! This involves supporting the administration and reporting of HR programs and overseeing coordination of People & Culture Events, including monthly lunches, milestone celebrations, and breakthrough workshops. As the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, you will welcome visitors, direct enquiries and co-ordinate repairs and maintenance. Additionally, you will manage kitchen and Office supplies, book travel and accommodation for Senior Management, arrange sales brochures and oversee office housekeeping.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail and time management. The role demands a strong customer focus, ensuring positive interactions and fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with handling numbers and Excel are fundamental for effective data administration and reporting.
