GPC Asia Pacific have opened their newest and most advanced distribution centre in Broadmeadows, and we will be looking to welcome around 130 Full Time and Part Time team members over a 6- month period.
We are currently seeking an HR Administrator for a 6-month fixed term contract, to be based full time at our Distribution Centre to support the people aspect of this campaign.
Reporting to the People, Culture & Wellbeing Business Partner, this role is to play an integral part in the administration of our Southern Cross Recruitment campaign, as well as support to our Distribution Centre staff.
About the role:
- Support the site operations team and provide timely coaching and advice
- Prepare new starter induction packs for new starters (uniforms etc)
- Candidate compliance follow up (Medical Assessments, Work Right Checks)
- Team Member communications
- Liaising with Recruitment to assist with the recruitment campaign lifecycle
- Planning and organisation of Assessment Centres
About you:
- You have strong Administration skills or candidate lifecycle experience
- You are a good collaborator who has a team focus
- An effective communicator with good follow up and execution
- Confidently supports to manage performance and not afraid of difficult conversations
- Agile and adaptable with an ability to problem solve independently
