The Exciting Role:
Reporting into the Chief People & Culture Officer, this pivotal position of People & Culture Business Partner will provide support to key client groups including nudie, Black Swan, IT, Finance & Procurement.
Please note this is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract with hybrid working arrangement, working from home 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CP&CO to develop the short, medium and long term people strategy for MNA.
- Proactively seek process improvements across P&C and work towards improving our leadership capability across P&C programs.
- Work to promote and support annual cycle delivery of end-to-end P&C programs - such as Performance, Remuneration & Talent Reviews and Employee Engagement.
- Undertake HR related projects to enable the P&C team to meet business objectives including learning & development, remuneration and policy reviews and EVP initiatives.
- Support the P&C team to develop, implement appropriate People & Culture policies, programs and procedures including ensuring updates are communicated.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with GMs & people leaders within BU’s with effective advice and coaching and provide various options for solutions and risk mitigation, particularly across ER and IR and support people leaders in managing these processes
- Work closely with senior leaders to determine effective organisation design options to support business unit strategy and develop key talent at MNA.
- Provide advice, recommendations and support the end-to-end processes to our people and leaders on Employment Legislation, Remuneration and Benefits, Policy & Procedures, People Systems (ELMO/ESS) and Enterprise Agreements in place.
To Succeed With Us You’ll Need:
- You will be tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related area and can demonstrate at least 4 years HR Generalist experience;
- Solid technical experience with current knowledge of FWC legislation, award application and industrial relations principles
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills you are able to build credible, trusting and respectful relationships at all levels and work collaboratively towards solutions;
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills you may have had experience with Enterprise Agreements, but will have strong award interpretation skills;
- You enjoy effectively challenging people, situations with your creative thinking and can think on your feet to solve problems and implement solutions;
- Experience within FMCG or Manufacturing environments would be advantageous
- Experience in ELMO would be desirable but not essential.
