Your new role
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with department managers to drive and support key People and Culture initiatives across the organisation. You will provide generalist advice on HR and Employment Relations matters, such as policies, procedures, enterprise agreements, performance management, and disciplinary issues. You will also assist with the development and implementation of HR projects, reports, and training programs. You will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, legislation, and organisational culture. You will be a proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused professional who can deliver effective and timely solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, ideally, you will have a university degree related to Human Resources. You'll have experience working in a Senior HR role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen interest in Human Resources as well as being up-to-date with current HR trends. You will require a driver's licence, police clearance and an Ochre Card.
