Are you in between work, finishing up a contract or perhaps keen for an initial 6-month contract within a large, prestigious, well-known organisation, that employs a diverse range of qualified professional workforce with an established HR function?
This is an initial contract, to assist the CPO in optimising the HR team structure and operations, in an established team, working within a qualified, professional, and industrialised workforce in a unionised environment.
Although this role is ideally five days per week, a part-time 3 or 4 days per week offering is possible for the right candidate.
This role will lead a team of People & Culture Business Partners, work on upskilling the HR capability, ensure the Business Partnering model is integrated well within the broader HR team, and raise capability around consulting and true partnering skills within a complex environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong HR team leadership experience, ideally from a large complex organisation. You will hold a strong ability to work well within a highly regulated, Award-Driven, unionised workforce. You will have experience operating as part of a HR Leadership team with a good understanding of Australian Industrial Legislation. You will have strong mentoring with credible experience, organisational change management, and a collaborative management style. Degree or Post Graduate Qualifications are essential.
This role has the potential to extend and is offered as a contract whilst our client gets clarity on this the positioning of a new HR structure. When in the contract you would be encouraged to apply for the role permanently.
