We're currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as People & Culture Business Partners (PCBPs). In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing tailored support and guidance to management, employees and volunteers covering a broad spectrum of people-related topics. We have 2 opportunities for P&C Business Partners, one focuses the North West and one focuses the South East. Both positions are HQ-based in Burwood with frequent travel to their respective regions. Travel to the NW covers Melton, Bendigo, Kerang, and Swan Hill. Travel to the SE covers Dandenong, Warragul, Morwell, Sale and Bairnsdale. CFA vehicles are made available for this purpose. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to Succession Planning, Talent Development, Child Safety, Behavioural Standards, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, HR Data Management, Analysis of People Matter Surveys and Policy interpretation. Central to the role is the establishment of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. By developing an understanding of both business needs and people-related challenges, you will offer bespoke advice and solutions that align closely with CFA's People & Culture strategy and objectives. About You The ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employment Law or a related field with proven experience in a similar role in a large and complex services organisation. Exposure to a volunteer workforce would also be advantageous. You will bring expertise in HR Business Partnering, internal consulting and a knack for managing performance improvement and employee relations. Essential skills will include evidence-based decision-making, utilising HR data and devising effective solutions spanning various aspects of People and Culture. Critical to your success in this role will be your exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a solid track record in HR and IR obligations, OD, Change, D&I, and Learning initiatives that manage business risks.
