Talk to us about how this could work for you.Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.Duties * Coordinate recruitment activities statewide, providing specialist advice as the subject matter expert for Recruitment and Selection, including of delivery training and day-to-day operational support to ensure end-to-end high quality candidate care is provided and compliance with State Service legislation, policy and procedures is upheld.
- Undertake case management activities across a range of people management issues, including performance management, injury management and workers compensation, coaching and guiding managers through complex matters in support of best case outcomes.
- Build and maintain respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adopting the values of the Public Trustee and a client centric mindset in the delivery of human resource services within the organisation.
- Support the Manager of People and Culture in the design of organisational development activities, to ensure the values of the Public Trustee are embedded in work practices and reflected in the day-to-day employee experience, including coordination and reporting on key People and Culture programs to ensure initiatives are effectively executed.
- Play an active role in onboarding and inducting new hires, supporting the Learning and Development Officer to facilitate training as required.
- With guidance from the Manger People and Culture undertake a defined set of WHS related tasks and providing support to the WHS Committee.
- Support the People and Culture team through undertaking routine employment life-cycle administration ensuring maintenance of accurate personnel records and compliance with established policy, procedure and processes.
