The Team:
Our team works as a well-integrated national team, with our leading Employment Tax Specialists based across each State of Australia. You will have the opportunity to work with Australian-based and multinational clients across the country, therefore offering you the ability to work with large corporates, and a diverse range of industries. In this role, you'll predominantly work on advisory and compliance matters, with training, coaching and support available to help grow your career even further!

The Role:
As our Employment Tax Consultant/Senior Consultant, you'll:
- Research & provide written advice to clients on all aspects of Employment Taxes, including: Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Taxes, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee and Salary Packaging;
- Utilise technology and big data to assist clients on Employment Tax compliance and draw insights;
- Review & prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax returns and superannuation guarantee calculations;
- Provide specialist Employment Tax advice, in conjunction with other parts of our business;
- Prepare & present training seminars to both clients and team members.
What we're looking for
- A desire to work as part of a national team, collaborating to support clients across various industries with complex tax issues, including the opportunity to work onsite within client businesses;
- An interest in undertaking multifaceted work, centred around tax and payroll compliance;
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills;
- A desire to learn and be a part of a continually improving team embracing new technologies and ways of working;
- Confidence in handling data, with proven analytical skills;
- 1-4 years' experience in Employment Tax, responsible for delivering Employment Tax compliance, income tax consulting and/or Employment Tax consulting services to large multinational organisations.
