The Role
Hone your specialist skills and expertise to manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance, managing claims, and fostering lasting client relationships. Your responsibilities will span injury and claims management, policy reviews, and proactive consulting, whilst maintaining a focus on overall business growth and retention.
The Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients to understand their specific worker's compensation needs and design tailored solutions. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships will be at the core of your role.
- Manage claims on behalf of clients, always ensuring their best interests.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of claims matters, identifying opportunities to implement strategies that resolve cases and reduce costs.
- Offer a consultative service; conduct training, develop and review policies and procedures, and play a vital role in injury management.
- Proactively check in with clients, staying ahead of their needs and always striving to provide outstanding service.

- Tertiary education within Allied Health space.
- Experience with claims management and rehabilitation/clinical environment desirable, ideally with a strong focus on injury management and Return to Work (RTW) strategies.
- Proactive and a natural relationship builder, with the ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation and claim management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a client-centric focus.
- Confidence and ability to liaise at all levels
