We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our P&C team on a 9-month full time contract. As a member of the team, you'll partner with key stakeholders to deliver generalist activities covering operational and strategic initiatives aligned to our business objectives.

What your day will look like:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand the company's goals and provide strategic HR guidance on people-related issues.
- Coach and support managers on Objective's policies and procedures and HR best practice.
- Drive talent management processes including performance management, talent development and succession planning.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to assess HR metrics and trends, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Owning and driving HR projects that support the delivery of P&C strategic goals.
- Support change initiatives collaborating with team members on projects across the business, and promoting and coaching employees and managers on new initiatives and programs.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.
- Proven track record of HR generalist experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ANZ employment law; able to interpret relevant legislation, employment conditions and entitlements.
- Demonstrated capacity to act independently within established guidelines, using discretion and reasonable judgement.
- Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience working in an IT/SaaS industry or environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources/business or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
