Reporting to the Executive Manager People & Culture (P&C) you will have incredible opportunity to grow and impact capability across the business. Leading a P&C team you will be responsible for delivering the full scope of the employee life cycle. This will include partnering with leaders, coaching, performance management, development, talent strategies and legislative, policy and procedural requirements. Employee engagement will be key, fostering a nurturing, care-centric environment through employee development and engagement, recognising and celebrating achievements and addressing challenges. Recruitment and behaviour-based assessment will also be key to ensure a values-aligned, engaged, inspired team to provide the highest quality care for their customers.
To be successful you will be a generalist HR professional with demonstrated experience in providing support and coaching to operational leaders. You will be a truly collaborative leader with an empowering style and have a good understanding of the Fair Work Act and Australian employment legislation.
