Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for HR services.
- Oversee a wide range of HR services.
- Work with company directors to plan and develop the organization.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Support payroll process and manage compensation and benefits.
- Coach department managers on performance management and succession planning.
- Maintain fair and consistent HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR budget and control costs.
- Build employee relations through communication channels and face-to-face meetings.
- Partner with business leaders to provide efficient and healthy work environment.
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
