THE ROLE
Working closely with and reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for building upon and establishing a robust Talent and Culture strategy for both lateral and graduate hiring. The role will also
encompass broader People & Culture initiatives, projects and tasks including the following:
- Managing BAU recruitment, including; Market mapping (internationally), headhunting and managing the relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Establishing a Graduate recruitment program - Managing the relationship with
universities and an engagement program with high-talent students.
- Building the company brand and Employee Value Proposition.
- Advising and assisting senior management and staff on People & Culture issues, with respect to retention, succession planning and reward – including overseeing the bi-annual employee performance appraisal program
- Assist with event planning and management of client and employee events, and Office Management activities.
- Managing the full employee lifecycle from talent identification through to offboarding.
THE CRITERIA
- A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, preferably within a company with graduate recruitment practice established.
- Educated to degree standard in Human Resources or a similar discipline.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on all people matters with key
stakeholders at all levels including internal senior management and externally using all media.
- Ability to make, support and defend difficult and complex people decisions in a busy and high performing environment.
