People, Culture, Nominations and Remuneration Committee (PCNRC) Expression of Interest

The PCNRC focusses on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring fair and competitive compensation for our MDAS employees, Board and Committees. The PCRNC plays a crucial role in shaping our people culture policies, developing employee recognition programs, and determining appropriate remuneration practices to retain our staff.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Social Sciences, Human Resources or Accounting tertiary qualification.

• Succession Planning and problem solving
• Emotional Intelligence and idea contribution
Experience: what we are looking for
• Experience working within Aboriginal organisations (desirable)
• Understanding of people culture and its impact on employee engagement and performance.
• Knowledge of remuneration policies, practices, and market trends.
• Financial (preferred) Human Resources background (essential)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all discussion and decisions.
Term of appointment - 3 Years
Frequency of meetings - Monthly
