Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in a People & Culture/Human Resources role
- A certificate or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Current valid Australian Drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Obtain an NDIS worker screening check

This position will:
- Provide guidance to staff on internal policies and procedures & implement improvements
- Enhance P&C programs like employee recognition and development initiatives
- Contribute to organisational structure design and talent management processes
- Stay updated on laws and regulations
- Maintain personnel files & compliances
- Handle recruitment - Lead the Graduate Recruitment Campaigns for 2024 & 2025
- Support leaders in performance management discussions
- Provide statistic reporting to management on status of recruitment, time to fill, employee turnover, trends in recruitment
- Roll out Coaching and Development Process for 2024
- General P&C Administrational tasks as required
