As a People Data Analyst, you will deliver accurate and timely validation of the People Data in the HR information systems. You will be the expert in data accuracy and maintenance.
This role resolves data queries and solves problems with relevant stakeholders to support the efficient resolution of data requests from employees.
Responsibilities:
- Validate, analyse and support the processing of accurate People Data in human resources information systems (HRIS)
- Manage requests made by the business via our case trackingsolution (Service Now) to meet targets for response and resolutiontime.
- Action work processes associated with the hiring, movement and termination of employee records in the HRIS
- Analyse data with attention to detail in the context of compliance with employment law and regulations
- Identify and understand opportunities within People Services' processes to enhance the experience for our people and improve efficiencies within our processes and systems
- Review recurring queries raised by the business, connect with appropriate stakeholders to identify root cause and propose solutions to address frequently occurring requests.
- Accurately execute organizational structure maintenance and structural movements to ensure People Data is of a highest quality
- Support the on-boarding process to ensure an engaging "great start" for new employees and contingent workers
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach with other teams such as payroll and other enterprise services team.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a HR / HR administrative support role
- Helpdesk case management processes and / or supporting customers through query resolution
- An interest to learn new skills with a positive attitude
- Payroll processing experience would be desirable, but not required
