If so, we invite you to join the P&C Operations Team as a Senior Analyst, People Data. We are seeking an experienced and proactive candidate to lead the way in revolutionising how we use People Data to meet business needs across the university.
The P&C Operations Team is located in the People & Culture Division and has primary responsibility for the management of P&C technology systems, provision of people related data, reporting and information analysis, as well as delivering payroll and people related shared services functions to all university staff in accordance with their employment conditions and entitlements.
As a Senior Analyst, People Data you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a P&C Strategy that will transform the way we use existing people analytics products. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders you will develop and manage framework for the reporting and analysing of workforce management data that enables stakeholders to identify and meet their information needs. With a focus on continuous improvement in the delivery of business objectives and customer satisfaction, this role requires an excellent understanding of systems and technology to extract and integrate data to provide interactive data tables, dashboards, and visual analytics that enable users to produce automated real time reports and high-quality data.
To be successful you will be suitably qualified or be working towards post-graduate qualifications or demonstrate an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or/education/training. You have well developed knowledge and familiarity of contemporary Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) functionality, hands-on reporting capabilities, a high level of technical ability regarding data architecture and a comprehensive understanding of data governance and data literacy principles. Your high level of data acumen and knowledge of People Data, especially within the higher education sector as well as knowledge of University structure and procedures will be highly regarded.
