People Development Administrator

We are currently seeking a People Development Administrator to join our People and Culture team at Findex! The People Development Administrator will provide general administration support to the Culture, Leadership and Learning function across all service lines.

What will your typical week look like?

• Provide administration support to the wider learning team, including maintaining the L&D inbox and daily learning requests
• Support, coordinate and assist with the design of employee learning activities
• Upkeep training records
• Provide support for key Culture, Leadership and Learning Projects across Findex
• Work closely with Culture, Leadership and Learning team members to effectively develop and implement key project objectives to meet the P&C and CLL Strategy

• Comprehensive training including a dedicated buddy to get you off to the right start
• Working with a friendly and well-established People and Culture team who will provide support and career development

You are someone with.....

• A degree in HR or similar (preferred)
• Awareness of HR and Learning Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine desire to be an enthusiastic and active contributor to our growing team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise your workload
• Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services
