Large organisation, who are a market leader in their field, are seeking a People Governance & Compliance Manager to join their People team. 
Your new role 

• Lead and improve compliance and governance of the end to end employee lifecycle
  
• Ensuring processes comply with EBA's, legislation, regulations and frameworks
  
• Compliance process improvement 
  
• Develop and maintain controls of data for process optimisation
  
• Reporting and review of reporting dashboards 
  
• Create and maintain an audit schedule 
  

What you'll need to succeed 

• Experience with a large workforce - high volume employee organisation
  
• High level experience in HR/Payroll or employee management or a broad understanding of EBA bargaining
  
• Experience running compliance/audits in a large scale organisation
  
• Good understanding of Data
