About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of People Integration Manager on a 12-month contract basis. This pivotal role will lead the charge in aligning cultures, optimising processes, and empowering our workforce for a unified and prosperous future. In this newly created role, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies for seamless integration.
- Champion a positive and inclusive organisational culture aligned with company values.
- Lead change management initiatives to support employees through transition periods.
- Evaluate and optimise operational processes to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration and influence outcomes.
About You
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as a People Integration Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a degree and possess a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in either HR, operations, legal, or commercial related roles. A proven track record in project management related to organisational change and process improvement is essential. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, with a focus on building trust and credibility within the organisation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the mining industry or related heavy industry sectors.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in influencing others, fostering accountability, and driving results. They must exhibit strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy and conflict resolution, are key attributes we seek.
