We are looking for a Technical Integration Manager required to deliver the integration scope of a HR System implementation. The role will involve working with the selected vendor's implementation team, the internal program team and IT team to ensure the effective and timely delivery of multiple technical related deliverables.This is an 18-month contract in to join one of our clients in Brisbane.At a day-to-day level, you will be involved in all phases of the delivery cycle, from initial discovery, problem analysis and scoping, work definition, planning and refinement, early prototyping, and user feedback cycles, right through to implementation.About YouWe are looking for an exceptional and experienced Technical Integration Manager who has:
- Significant experience with implementing multiple ERP software suites (e.g. Workday) and working on IT projects that include delivery from both third-party implementation partners and internal resources;
- Demonstrated experience in managing cloud based software technology platforms
- Technical experience in an expert level role supporting and delivering integrated solutions. Utilising and integrating with public cloud solutions stack, particularly Microsoft Azure platform;
- The ability to analyse and interpret detailed and complex technical information to ensure well informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of a program; and
- Excellent people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, mentor and lead a team of staff in a complex environment with deadlines and tight timelines.
- Well verse in Cloud HCM, Workday data model, security configuration, and reporting.
- Proven adeptness in engaging diverse stakeholders across various teams and streams, resonating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, while navigating alternate viewpoints to achieve broad consensus and acceptance.
