PERIOPERATIVE EDUCATOR 

Centaurus Healthcare and Direct Endoscopy – one of the largest providers of endoscopy services in Victoria are expanding the services provided with the introduction of Surgical Services. 

We are seeking a confident and dynamic individual to work in our centres as a Perioperative Educator

ABOUT YOU

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA
• Registered Nurse (Div I)
• Post graduate qualifications relevant to endoscopy/perioperative nursing highly desirable
• Certificate IV Training & Assessment (or higher) or working towards
• High level of organisational skills and multi-tasking
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment environment
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Permanent part time position (0.8 FTE)
• Compliance with NSQHS and OH&S
• Leadership position responsible for the orientation, upskilling and educational support of clinical staff related to endoscopy and surgical services across all sites
• Monday to Friday only with no after-hours work requirement
• Free onsite parking at all sites
• Some clinical work will be required
