What You Will Be Doing
The Clinical Educator – Perioperative (Surgical/Scrub Scout) is an integral member of the education and clinical leadership teams. The clinical educator demonstrates flexibility in supporting all levels of staff across the organisation; with particular focus on education to mitigate risk, advance clinical practice and develop staff along the novice to expert continuum.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Registered Nurse Div 1 with Bachelor of Nursing qualification .
• Post graduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing essential
• Recent Perioperative (Scrub Scout) clinical experience
• Hold or working towards Certificate 1V in Training and Assessment or Postgraduate qualification in education
• Prior experience in teaching/supporting learners
• Demonstrated ability to interact with team members and learners from different
educational level and cultural backgrounds Essential

ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020 - 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
