Form of workSecurity Officer - NV1 Clearance Essential Permanent and Casuals
An opportunity is available within the Brisbane Operations to join Fields Group. We are looking for a Government Security Cleared NV1 Security Officer for one of our clients.
Shifts are across Monday to Sunday. There will be times when Overtime is required to be worked due to additional work requirements.
We are open to negotiation for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service and assist as required in providing resolution of issues. As the first point of contact with staff and visitors, you will be ensuring efficiency and effectiveness are maintained at a consistent level. You will be required to fill shifts across all time periods of the week when available.
To be considered for this position, you must have as a minimum;
- A current Qld Security Licence
- A current 1st Aid Certificate
- A current NV1 (or higher) Government Security Clearance
- A Police check completed in the last 3 months
- Proven experience in a similar role, encompassing basic reception/concierge/security operations duties
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- An ability to form effective client and employee relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels
- The ability to produce high quality reports
- Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft products)
- High Levels of Customer Service Skills
- Availability to work additional shifts when required.
- A current mobile smart phone with credit and the ability to use App's
In addition to the above, you will have a capacity to act autonomously, a high level of attention to detail and sound analytical skills. These are essential attributes we seek in filling this role.
