About the role
In collaboration with the centre-based team as an Educator you will:
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the centre community
Document children’s learning and development
Actively contribute to the implementation of the Aurrum Kids curriculum
Ideal Background
Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
Good understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Understanding or willingness to learn the Reggio Emilia philosophy
To be successful in the role you will need to provide the following:
Evidence of Australian working rights (passport, birth certificate, citizenship or current visa).
Current Working With Children Check
First Aid Certificate including CPR & A&A
Evidence of qualifications and any relevant professional education registrations
Completion of the Pre-Existing Injury Declaration form
COVID vaccination certificates
