About the Role: As the Facility Manager, you play a crucial role in the day-to-day operational oversight of the facility. Reporting directly to the Queensland State Manager, your leadership guides a dedicated team in delivering professional care and comprehensive support. Responsibilities include maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with quality and accreditation standards, and fostering a secure and nurturing atmosphere infused with Christian values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead the team in providing top-notch care and support.
- Effectively manage operational aspects, including accreditation, financial budgets, staffing, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with rigorous quality and accreditation guidelines.
- Fulfill reporting obligations and maintain consistent occupancy levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Aged Care Funding Instrument, Aged Care Legislation, and Facility Accreditation.
- Cultivate a joyful and homelike environment anchored in Christian values.
- Thorough understanding of essential business drivers in the aged care sector.
- Ability to establish a secure workplace and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with adept management of diverse stakeholders.
