This role offers robust administration support to the Human Resources Manager and the broader organisation, with a focus on recruitment, HR administration, and systems support.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Handling general HR administration tasks
Terms and conditions align with the Victorian Public Health Sector Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025.
Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:
- A Certificate in Human Resources or Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong task prioritisation and deadline management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders and the ability to manage their expectations
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing requirements
- Proficiency in system administration and accurate data entry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Strong professional ethics, with an emphasis on sound judgment and confidentiality regarding sensitive matters
