Position Purpose:
This role will be focused on the recruitment of Permanent Recruitment within Infrastructure & Renewable Energy Division. Over time the consultant will become an expert in their market and seen as a role model within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Deliver a range of Permanent Recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
- Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue.
- Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment.
- A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Tenacious and determined to succeed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
- A great work ethic with desire to get the job at hand done.
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required.
- A decision maker and solutions provider.
- Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suite of services.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on permanent placements.
- Experience in technical/engineering/accountancy/finance recruitment or high vol. Permanent Recruitment role placement.
- Developed client relationship management skills.
