Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational New Markets Permits team on this 12 month secondment role.
Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building process
Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations
Receive / Check / Follow up Soils, Surveys and PSI information
Manage the acceptance of engineering documentation from external providers
Follow up and Receipt of Pre-build’s Apply for Asset protection permits through council; and
Manage the Permits Inbox daily.

The successful candidate will have: Experience in pre-site administration within residential ideally within permits but not necessary however advantageous or
An understanding of the residential home building and construction process
Exceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectations
Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; and
Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken on the successful applicant.
