Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Order / Receive / Check / Follow up Soils, SurveysIssue Contract Tenders and Contract DrawingsOrder slab computations / structural computations
Enter / forecast dates into Business Craft daily
Order acoustic reports
Lodgement of all Developer Covenant ApprovalsLodgement and receipting of all Council applications through our private certifiers
Assist in the workflow and management of customer files within the department
Receive and file digital surveys from third party providers
Manage the acceptance of drafting/engineering documentation from external providers and
Manage the Permits Inbox daily.

The successful candidate will have: Some experience in pre-site administration within residential ideally within permits
Experience using database systems is an added advantage
Achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
Ability to read and articulate building plans and specifications would be an advantage
Well-developed communication and time management/prioritisation skills
Intermediate Microsoft OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL computer skills
Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
