Join our team as a Personal Assistant (PA), and you’ll be an indispensable part of our organisation. You will relish the opportunity to organise and coordinate meetings, functions, and venues.
We have a 12-month (maternity backfill) fixed-term and a permanent opportunity available located at Cairns, Brisbane (Newstead), Rockhampton or Townsville.
Supporting multiple General Managers within our Digital Division you’ll be key in enabling these leaders to be effective and organised in their roles, including helping to keep track of key actions, documentation, co-ordinate diaries, meetings and managing the competing priorities, support travel arrangements, organise team workshops and collaborate with other division and organisation administrative roles.
You’ll have opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills within the digital world. We’ll set you up for success by providing you training and development opportunities to explore and learn more about new productivity tools and other based technologies including Agile, Scrum and other contemporary ways of working.
Moreover, you’ll be the go-to person for high-level support on confidential administrative tasks. You seamlessly build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your proficiency in complex systems, applications and office technology will shine and be a key part of your success.

The remuneration for your new role will range from $92k - $95k plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and from $107k - $110k plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight.

Managing emails, calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence and purchasing processing is your second nature.

You naturally work independently, and you thrive on collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure all administrative tasks are met with excellence. You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel and have demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
