This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can help us scale the business, who isn’t afraid to provide input, who can think on their feet and be flexible, someone who knows how to get things done. Someone who can help build and grow a solid foundation for the business to grow. If you need absolute clarity and long lead times for everything, then this might not be the place for you. That said - It’s rewarding and fulfilling to watch people achieving their goals and know you have been instrumental in that, that you have helped them step up into a new phase of their lives.
The role is permanent- part time and it is predominantly a remote role. There is a requirement for some in person meetings each week in Samford Village. Minimum 1 meeting per week.
The role offers flexibility in the work hours, training opportunities and is initially for 20 hours per week (4 hrs per day).
Client side
- Extensive calendar management
- Client meeting bookings and rescheduling
- Act as the Initial point of contact for client communication & requests
- Assist in client management activities and tasks
- Conduct client reference interviews
- Execution of Onboarding process for new clients
- Organise quotes and other requirements for events
Systems and tools
- Management of CRM system (Hubspot/Go High Level)
- Management of Facebook and Google Ads
- Validate and manage data, compile reports
- Refinement of filing system, documentation and client facing content
- Management of Type form reports
- Assist building robust backend systems and processes that assist the business growth
- Prepare presentations, for presenting to clients/stakeholders where applicable
- Hire outsourced solution providers eg Content creatives for specific tasks as directed
Social media and other
- Provide input on marketing & social media campaigns
- Management of the virtual assistant (Social Media role)
- Conduct directed research activities and present findings & recommendations
- Attend internal meetings, client meetings, workshops and professional development activities
- Coordinating local, interstate and overseas travel as required
- Occasional site visits for social media tasks
- All other administrative tasks as directed
- Proven experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Property experience is a bonus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with an eye for details
- Ability to build structured process and documentation
- Proficient in Google Workspace and other google applications.
