We have an amazing newly created role for an energetic Personal Assistant to support the Director of Customer Channels and Growth.

Responsibilities
• Administrative assistance to the Director by effectively and proactively managing meetings and emails, implementing agreed weekly task prioritisation, acting as a first point of contact for the Director’s office and helping with management of LT team meetings
• Finance Administration & Expense Management by ensuring any corporate credit card purchases charged to Customer Channels and Growth are consolidated and processed by the end of each month, creating Purchase Orders and processing Accounts Payable invoices in accordance with Finance guidelines.
• Team Administration by processing travel and expense management, Property Management support, frequently communicating key tasks to LT members and organising events or offsites.

• 3 + years of experience supporting senior leaders
• 3 + years having worked in a corporate environment
• Understanding of formal meeting cycles, document preparation (agenda, minutes and actions)
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet strict deadlines in an organised manner
• Proven problem identification and resolutions skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to be self-motivated and use initiative
• Articulate, professional and confident in liaising with people at all levels
• Moderate written and verbal communication skills
• Moderate Microsoft Office skills, with ability to become familiar with new programs and software
