Well, the good news is, RSM Albury are now on the hunt for their next rockstar Personal Assistant to take administrative charge of their Partner and Principal Accountant.

Now we’re guessing you're already in a PA/ EA or in a fast paced administration role, so you’ll already have the skills to hit the ground running.

Or perhaps you’ve decided a change in career is on the cards and you pride yourself as being a driven, motivated, organised individual who thrives under pressure and has a passion for all things administration!

Let's break it down… 

The first three months in the role will see you establishing a strong relationship with both the partners of the business as well as the wider RSM staffing cohort, where you will settle into the position whilst getting to know the working rhythm of the firm.
   
You boast excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written as well as ability to multitask and prioritise your workload adapting to changing situations, which can often occur.
   
As part of this role, you will assist with travel arrangements, extensive diary and calendar management, which as you know requires a high level of attention to details and thoroughness ensuring each plan, trip and meeting is run as smoothly as possible. 
   
You’ll be liaising with staff, clients and other professionals as the first point of contact on behalf of both partners, so knowing your ITR from your FBT would be desirable! 

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be a part of the Professional Support Group and as such, required to be a strong team player. You will also lend a helping hand in assisting the Practice Manager in administrative tasks when required. 

And we don't need to say it but obviously you’ll present professionally with the ability to build rapport both internally and externally.
