This role has clear direction but major opportunity for growth and change of direction over time, depending upon where you excel and what focuses you enjoy. NeoPro Cycling is looking for a Personal Administration Assistant to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Using your previous proven experience in an Administration or Personal Assistant role, you will report to the Founder and Director, focusing on organising and coordinating workload.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Organise and coordinate calendars and diaries.
- Create documents, spreadsheets and reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage email inboxes.
- Organise and manage digital assets.
- Identifying anomalies in process, work flows or best practice.
- Assisting team with any ad-hoc admin tasks.
- Create and update macros and SOPs.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in similar role.
- Ability to deal with daily change.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and communicate effectively around this.
- Enjoy a remote working environment.
- Empathetic communication style.
- Experience using Asana, Monday or similar.
- Experience using G-Suite essential.
- Previous experience with Shopify advantageous.
- Organised and reliable.
- Can work in a collaborative environment as well as autonomously.
- Self-motivated time management.
- You must live in Brisbane. Even though this is a work from home role, you must be able to work from our office when required and attend work celebrations and events.
