In this role, you will utilize your organizational skills to ensure the workflow and busy schedule are consistently running smoothly. Based in Brisbane, this position involves interstate travel arrangements, diary management, and meeting coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organizing, arranging, and managing the complex diary for internal and external meetings.
- Making all arrangements for interstate travel (flights, accommodation, and other travel bookings).
- Consistent management of inbox and documentation correspondence.
- Adapting to differing day to day tasks
Skills and Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of administrative and executive support experience.
- Competent user of Microsoft Outlook.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Personal Administrative Details:
- Provide personal support to the Director, including handling information with discretion.
- Coordinate some personal appointments and manage some personal commitments to ensure a seamless balance between professional and personal responsibilities.
- Assist with some personal errands and tasks as required, ensuring the Director's personal life is as organized and efficient as their professional life.
