What would your day-to-day look like?
As the CEO's Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level support and assistance to the Executive Assistant, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate appointments and meetings, handle communication, and maintain confidentiality. Your role will also include making travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, and providing administrative support during executive-level meetings. Building a strong rapport with the Executive team will be essential to facilitate effective interaction and communication.

Are you someone with?
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (desirable but not required).
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office platforms.
- Experience in the property sector would be well-regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
