The Role
We have a multi-job role position open for a Personal/Admin/Sales Assistantwho is looking for a challenging role to assist the directors in the growth of both companies with a high level of enthusiasm, communication, and attention to detail a must.
The position will involve the following;
- Strategic support to the Directors
- Diary management including scheduling appointments
- Email management, responding promptly on behalf of the Directors
- Keeping Directors up to date with prioritized key to-do items
- Management of CRM software, entering and maintaining new leads
- Documenting and maintaining minutes of key action items for meetings
- Continuously looking for opportunities to optimize the time and efficiency of the directors
- Personal Assistant responsibilities such as running errands, scheduling internal and client meetings
- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ordering of appliances, fixtures, and fittings for the projects
- Creating new estimates and processing skylight orders
- Administration support, customer service, and reception
About You
You'll have a bright and cheerful personality, ready to learn and grow
- You will have a strong administration background of minimum 4 years
- Residential construction industry experience will be highly regarded
- EA or PA experience supporting a Director
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to prioritize workload, be proactive and work to specific deadlines
- Experience using CRM software
- Advanced skills in using MS office functions and technology
- Enjoy working in a close-knit team environment
